UX workshops
UX workshops bring participants together to work on a selected question about a product and its users. They can help clarify needs, discuss user journeys, develop solution ideas and establish priorities. I will facilitate the session around an agreed goal. Programme, participants, duration and format will be agreed before the engagement begins.
Deliverables
Let's agree on how findings and recommendations will be presented and how you will use them in subsequent decisions. Specific materials and depth follow the agreed research, audit or workshop scope. For workshops, we can agree on a summary of conclusions, solution ideas and priorities.
