WordPress and CMS website operation
I will help you learn content editing in WordPress or another agreed CMS, such as Sanity. We will cover updating text, images and other available elements. Scope will reflect how your website is built and what its editing panel supports.
WooCommerce and PrestaShop store operation
I will show you how to perform agreed tasks in your WooCommerce or PrestaShop panel. Training can cover products, orders and features available in your store. We will select the topics you need rather than review every system capability.
Working with WordPress plugins and PrestaShop modules
Want to make better use of features added to your website or store? Training can cover installation, configuration, updates and operation of selected WordPress and WooCommerce plugins or PrestaShop modules. I will explain their settings and how to check behaviour after changes. We will agree on specific extensions and scope for your website.
Product descriptions tailored to your customers
A useful product description answers the customer's questions and presents information clearly. Training will cover tailoring descriptions to your audience, explaining product features and benefits, and organizing content.
We usually work with a ready-made description template prepared for the specific store. I will show you how to fill it with text and images and adapt it to further products while keeping descriptions visually consistent.
I will also show you HTML and CSS basics useful for preparing descriptions, along with graphic design fundamentals: information hierarchy, typography, contrast, spacing and the relationship between text and images. We will connect writing with presentation on the product page. Scope will reflect your editor's capabilities and store design.
Technical training in advanced store operation
Technical training beyond everyday product and order management is also available. Topics can include advanced store settings, plugin and module configuration, and working with available integrations. We will discuss dependencies between features and how to check the effects of changes.
Scope will reflect your system, permissions and experience. If a topic requires additional expertise, I can involve an appropriate specialist.

Training is available online; on-site meetings and any travel depend on the agreed offer. Materials, exercises and recordings can be discussed when defining scope.
Training when launching a website or store
The new-store package includes a short session on products and orders; the CMS website package includes independent content editing. These sessions are mainly by phone, with optional video and duration tailored to needs. Additional topics or standalone training are quoted individually; materials and recordings require separate agreement.
